Fiona Powell has lived in Harwich since she was a child and attended Chase Lane Primary School and the Harwich School. Fiona is a classroom assistant at All Saints C of E Primary School and is presently studying for a degree through the Open University.
Fiona is married to Charlie and has four children aged between 27 and 13. She has been a school governor at All Saints for the last 5 years and her previous experience includes running her own business with a member of her family as well as working as a care assistant, caring for elderly people in their own homes. For relaxation she enjoys needlework and social media.
Fiona knows Harwich, knows its people and wants to assist those who do so much within the local community. She would be another strong voice in the Labour team standing up for Harwich’s needs and would particularly relish the opportunity to join her West Central Ward colleagues who are making such a difference. If elected, Fiona will do everything possible to fully represent the residents of Harwich and Dovercourt.
