TODAY is polling day in the West Central Ward by-election for Harwich Town Council.
The polling stations are at the Catholic Church and the Parkeston Road Scout hut, they will be open from 7AM until 10PM. You do not need a polling card in order to vote.
Over the last three weeks Labour’s candidate, Maria Fowler, has pounded the streets of West Central Ward meeting as many of the residents as possible and listening to their views and concerns. Maria and the team have knocked on around 2,000 doors and delivered around 7,000 leaflets to ensure that as many people as possible understand why it is so important to elect a Labour councillor TODAY!
Having been let down so badly by the Tory/Community Rep coalition over the previous four years Harwich is now being treated equally badly by the Tory administration running Tendring District Council. Harwich needs strong councillors who will stand up for our town and its people. Maria Fowler will be a strong voice for Harwich as part of Labour’s team.
